Frequently Asked Questions
- Where do you ship? We ship worldwide. Just add to your cart to see your shipping price.
- Can you ship via a cheaper method? Our current shipping prices are the cheapest option available.
- Do you offer combined shipping? Yes! We love saving you money and combined shipping will be calculated automatically in your cart.
- Where are you located? We are based in Albuquerque, NM, USA.
- When will my order ship? Most orders are handmade to order so things will more than likely ship within 1-2 weeks of your purchase date. Some items will ship sooner. If you are concerned about processing time, please send us an email or chat and we will try to accommodate you.
- Does shipping come with tracking? Every order ships with tracking regardless of the destination. I don't know about you, but when I purchase something online, I definitely want tracking!
- Do you take custom orders? Please send us an email or instant chat and let me know what you would like to see in the shop or to inquire about a custom order.
- I want to buy an item but not sure of the scale or how it will look when worn. Most product listings include photos on a model or in a hand for scale. If you still have questions please chat with us.
- What size are your charms? Most of our charm jewelry can be considered more on the chunky/bold side. So most charms range from 1-2" long in size.
- Are you running a sale? Can I have a coupon? We run sales every now and then. We don't have a sale calendar but I do offer exclusive sales and coupons (even one you can use today!) to email club members. Sign up here.
- I tried signing up for your email list but I got an error trying to enter my birthday. If you don't want to or can't you do not have to enter your birthday. It will let you subscribe without it!
- I want to buy more of an item but it looks like you only have one? Sometimes our inventory system shows fewer than we actually have. Please chat with me and we'd be happy to adjust it for you.
- Do you offer wholesale? We do not currently offer wholesale.
- Can I collaborate with you on a project? Please send us an email. We love creatively collaborating on projects that we feel fit the brand.
- Are your earrings hypoallergenic? If you need earrings that are hypoallergenic please select either stainless steel or silver plated from the drop down menu. Those are surgical stainless steel which is hypoallergenic.
- Is your jewelry nickel free? We try my hardest to provide the most hypoallergenic jewelry but I can't guarantee that it is nickel free since some of my suppliers do not make this guarantee. Rings are generally nickel free.
